Alto Elevators

The ALTO Air

Engineered as a system. Designed as a space.

ALTO Air is a refined elevator system designed to integrate seamlessly within contemporary architecture. Built on a modular platform, it offers a balance of performance, flexibility, and design clarity.

ALTO Air. Designed in Australia.

A modular platform, tailored through materiality.

With a focus on proportion and detail, Air allows each installation to be tailored through a curated selection of finishes, lighting, and interior configurations. It adapts to residential and commercial environments with ease.

  1. Innovative shaft system

An integrated structural shaft that pairs cleanly with masonry or steel substructures, simplifying coordination on every site.

  2. A-grade electric drive

Fully electric operation with A-grade energy class, designed for long service life and minimal running cost.

  3. No machine room required

The integrated system eliminates the need for a separate machine room, recovering valuable floor area for the home.

  4. Quiet operation

Engineered for smooth, low-noise performance in residential environments, so the lift recedes into the architecture.

  5. Customisable interiors

Flexible finishes and configurations are tailored to each project, with material choices that respond to the surrounding architecture.

  6. Compact footprint

An optimised structural envelope maximises usable cabin space within minimal shaft dimensions.

Three directions

Each cabin, an architectural decision.

ALTO Air takes three considered directions, from minimalist restraint to bespoke material expression. Each is fully customisable. These are starting points, not endings.
